2004	Affect Network formed as a network of like minded professional facilitators, trainers and consultants.
2006	Appointed the Irish representative of the “EUGA” European Union Grants Advisor Programme (www.eugrantsadvisor.ie/), a collaborative led by Microsoft. This allows SME's increase their awareness and understanding of local, national and EU grants
2007	Launched SB Productivity™(www.sbproductivity.com), a programme developed for Irish business to focus on strengths, key functional and problem areas that curtail business survival and growth. Over 100 businesses have participated in the programme. The Pilot stage was grant aided by FÁS.
2008	Appointed as an associate of CRG International Group, the on-line personal, team and leadership style tools providers. Developed on-line workplace surveys allowing us to assess individual personal and leadership styles and internal communication pathways to maximise team performance
2009	Anchora Solutions was launched to deliver Consulting, Facilitation, Mentoring and e-Learning. (www.anchorasolutions.com) Affect Network remains a Training and ‘EUGA’ Grants Support service provider. ‘EUGA’ integrated into Microsoft's BizSpark programme aimed at early stage software development start-ups ( www.microsoft.com/ireland/bizspark). Affect Network approved as a network partner of the Microsoft® BizSpark™ programme.
